Join us on Zoom for this first in a Whole Body Wellness series! Ninety-nine percent of humans breath incorrectly most of the time, resulting in low energy and stagnant health issues. Practice slow, deep nasal breathing and other breath exercises in this 30 minute offering. Increase energy and vitality naturally and consistently for better overall health. This exercise will be lead by Susie Melott of Yoga is Served.
