- Guided Meditation, Wednesday April 12 at 6:30 PM: We'll experience yoga nidra, which uses breath and body awareness to enter a place of deep relaxation. Wear comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat, blanket, and/or pillow if you like. If you aren't comfortable on the floor, you can practice in a chair.
- Aromatherapy, Wednesday, May 10 at 6:30 PM: Beth Unger, a scientist and certified clinical aromatherapist, will offer tips for using aromatherapy to enhance you well-being. Experience different essential oils, and learn how they can support sleep, energy and mood.
