Through October 30th. We are still reading this fall! Log the books you read, write short book reviews, and enter to win prizes! Reading two books and writing two book reviews earns you a free book! (All students, grades k-12 are encouraged to participate!)
Teen Online Scavenger Hunt
Through October 30th. Use the library's database to find answers tp questions and enter to win a reward! (For students in Grades 6-12)
Monthly Teen Mixer
October 15th 4:30-5:30PM. Register to get a teen tasting kit, this month we will be testing out chips. Save the kit until the Zoom meet up and you can guess what is what. Register by calling the reference desk (414)302-8500 or online at westallislibrary.org/events,
October 16th 3:30-4:30PM. Pick up a kit to tie-dye your own mask! We'll give you the supplies and you join us on Zoom to learn how to make different patterns. The kit includes one mask, one bottle of dye, and materials to tie the mask. Registration is required and begins October 6th. Register by calling the reference desk (414)302-8500 or online at westallislibrary.org/events.. Kits will be available October 12th-16th for pick-up. (For students in grades 6-12)
Live Morning Meditation
October 23rd, 9:30-10am. Join us live on Facebook and Instagram for some simple morning stretches and meditation to get ready for the day.
Cooped Up Crafts (Live Virtual Event)
October 23rd, 3-4:30pm. This month we are crafting your choice of a pumpkin or spiderweb orb. Registration begins October 6th. Pick up your Take and Make kit between October 13-23 in order to participate in our live-virtual crafting event.
