Computers & Wi-Fi

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and to provide patrons with the best opportunity for a safe environment the library has made temporary changes to it's computer procedures.


To use the Public Internet Computers, patrons must have a valid library card (from any Milwaukee County Public Library). Patrons are allowed 1 hour of time per day. All Internet workstations have access to Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Publisher. 

There are a limited number of computers available and are appropriately spaced apart. Computers are available on a first come, first served basis. Staff are unable to take reservations.
Adult area: computers are accessible to ages 15 and up
Teen Space: computers are accessible to ages 12 to 18.
Children's area: computers are accessible to ages 12 and under

Staff will be able to provide very limited assistance.


WiFi access is available throughout the library.
